Swedish trio KONGH return with the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2007 debut album « Counting Heartbeats » which established the band as a force to be reckoned with.
On « Shadows of the Shapeless », the band has taken their dynamic and riff-driven thunderstorm a huge step forward, and the album will surely place KONGH at the very forefront of the european sludge/doom/metal scene.
Here’s the vinyl repress of the first KONGH record (released in 2007 on TRUST NO ONE RECORDINGS). These five tracks sound like their most brutal and direct ones among the band discography.
The 2xLP gatefold cover was done by SELDON HUNT ans the record is limited to 1.000 copies
With “Sabbracadaver” MONARCH unearth a frightening nightmarish vision through a three-track 46-minute soundscape that torturously and painfully crawls yet at the same time enchants and seduces through its ethereal beckoning atmosphere. Forged by a heaving earth rumbling low-end rhythm section being harnessed by the plodding riffs of despair, and all held within the grips of the harsh and spellbinding vocals of Emilie Bresson, MONARCH have continued to raise the bar and push their own threshold with every succeeding release they unleash amongst their already expansive repertoire. This is the vinyl edtion on MusicFearSatan with a special etched D-side !
Since their agonizing and crushing last record ( »ANTI LIFE », 2018), CULT OF OCCULT was asleep.
Today, the band is back with »Ruin », a 20 minutes mastodon of a song as oppressive and nihilistic as ever.
»Ruin » is available as a vinyl EP limited to 500 copies with an etched B-side.
France's most hated band is back with their fourth record, ''ANTI LIFE'', and this time it is a concept album.
CULT OF OCCULT delivers a sole 54 minutes track divided into four parts, exploring the darkest, creepiest and most extreme side of doom and sludge music. The four musicians were used to drown like a stone through the abyss but with this new album they have touched the bottom, maybe even deeper. This is a one way ticket to the ultimate extremities music can offer.
Founded in the year 2000 by frontman and composer Kostas Panagioto, Pantheïst can be considered as one of the main contributors to the funeral doom genre.
Their 2001 demo "1000 Years" drew the attention of Firebox Records who released their classic debut album "O Solitude".
The album takes the listener on a musical journey far beyond the strict boundaries of extreme doom metal. The mixture of orchestral arrangements, blast beats and slow tempos brought new elements to the genre and set the template for the symphonic funeral doom genre which was to explode in the years to come.
Almost 20 years after its initial release and several CD reissues, "O Solitude" is now for the first time finally released on vinyl with brand new artwork and new vinyl mastering.

On WINDIR’s fourth and final full-length ‘Likferd’ (2003), many of the folk elements that characterized the band’s previous records were pushed to the background in favor of a stronger black metal influence.
The last record that Valfar wrote before he passed, ominously translated as ‘funeral’, marked a change to a much darker and brooding atmosphere. While ‘Likferd’ has mostly remained in the shadows of ‘Arntor’ and ‘1184’, it is an album that saw WINDIR mature and for that reason is another important chapter of the band’s legacy.

Mastodon's ninth full-length album, 'Hushed And Grim' closes a four-year gap. It is the heavy rock quartet’s first double album and first new record since 2017’s Emperor of Sand, which netted the Atlanta band a GRAMMY® Award in the category of “Best Metal Performance”.
As their most ambitious body of work to date, it consists of 15 tracks, surveying sonic landscapes of rock, psychedelia, punk, metal, alternative, and prog threaded together by the innately expressive musical interplay of these four virtuosic musicians.
For as much as HUSHED AND GRIM is steeped in one of the darkest periods of the band’s career as each member experiencing personal grief, its light shines through in a fully realized manifestation everything Mastodon is right now.

Wretch is the first full-length album by legendary stoner-rockers Kyuss, released in 1991.
It's a solid start rich with Black Sabbath worshiping heavy riffs and that instantly recognizable voice of John Garcia.
It sounds like a young band getting their feet wet and jamming out. The tracks "Black Widow" and "Deadly Kiss" are taken from the band's debut EP, Sons of Kyuss (1990), recorded with original bassist Chris Cockrell, while the rest of the album was recorded with his replacement Nick Oliveri.
The Sons of Kyuss songs "Love Has Passed Me By", "Katzenjammer", and "Isolation Desolation" were re-recorded for Wretch, the latter's title shortened to "Isolation".
DEATH, the heavy metal institution founded, realized, and helmed by legendary guitarist Chuck Schuldiner, released its final studio album The Sound of Perseverance (’98) to massive worldwide critical acclaim. The Sound of Perseverance is the masterstroke of one of metal’s true pioneers and innovators, and indeed worthy of the worship, adoration, and accolades that announced its original release (’98). The swansong of the metal legends, finally available once again in a gatefold double LP.

FULL OF HELL return with their highly anticipated new album, Garden Of Burning Apparitions. The new album, a genre-bending blitzkrieg of hardcore, grind and death metal, sees the band expand upon the very elements that have propelled FULL OF HELL to the forefront of extreme music over the last decade.
Produced by Seth Manchester at Machines With Magnets in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Garden of Burning Apparitions also sees FULL OF HELL adding new dimensions to their warp-speed hellscape. Guitarist Spencer Hazard and bassist Sam DiGristine's monstrous riffs now have an added noise-rock influence, while drummer Dave Bland commands the rhythm section at blazing speeds.
