Angelo Badalamenti ‎– Evilenko - LP Colored

“Evilenko” original motion picture soundtrack by Angelo Badalamenti reissued for the first time on limited edition colored vinyl.
499 Copies Only

Angelo Badalamenti is one of the most brilliant contemporary film music composers.
The amazing score for the movie “Evilenko” (directed by David Grieco, 2004) reveals the dark psychology of one of the most dreadful serial killers in history: Russian Andrei Chikatilo a.k.a. The Monster of Rostov.
The album includes two different versions of the evocative “Angels Go To Heaven” theme, with the extraordinary participation of vocalist Dolores O’Riordan (The Cranberries) in an unexpected, magic collaboration.

Calibro 35 ‎– High Tension Vol. 35 (Calibro 35 Plays Lesiman) - LP

"High Tension vol. 35 / Calibro 35 plays Lesiman" slightly shifts the quartet's action scope still towards music for films; the reference is the so-called 'library music' which, as the term itself suggests, can be defined as a discotheque made of sounds and compositions rich in experimentation, sometimes avant-garde and label-free, which film directors drew from to sonorize their works.
This is a world which Calibro 35 are undoubtedly related to from the beginning, but that they had never dealt with as strongly as in this record: here the four-piece, accompanied by Sebastiano De Gennaro on percussion and Luisa Santacesaria on piano, reworks some compositions by the famous Paolo Renosto / Lesiman firstly published in the early '70s.

Standard 180gr. black vinyl edition.

Ennio Morricone ‎– A Fistful Of Dollars (Per Un Pugno Di Dollari) - 10"LP Clear

Year 1964. Almost out of nowhere, the little-known and regarded director Sergio Leone transposes into a western key a film by Akira Kurosawa, and by putting together all the right pieces, adding a bit of intuition, lays down new rules for the 'spaghetti western' genre.
"A Fistful of Dollars" would not have the same impact without the inimitable music written by Ennio Morricone.
The main soundtrack themes were chosen from two arrangements that Morricone had already drafted two years earlier; once removed the lyrics and added the unmistakable whistle of Alessandro Alessandroni, the spaghetti-sound was finally complete!

This new edition sees the original seven tracks of the score in a completely new layout.
The format is a 10" 45rpm LP, with a 26x26cm miniposter attached. Clear vinyl edition.

Ennio Morricone ‎– I Malamondo OST - 2LP

I Malamondo, a strange and offbeat mondo-movie about the youth of the early ‘60s, directed by Paolo Cavara.
This is one of the earliest works of Maestro Morricone, as well as one of his most eccentric and colorful scores ever. Quirky and vivid, this soundtrack spans through many different kinds of music, from classic, bossanova and jazz to latin and exotica, including panoramic orchestral numbers and melodic, romantic themes. Most of the tracks feature the brilliant vocal performances of “I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni” and “I 4+4 di Nora Orlandi”.
Carefully restored and remastered from the original master tapes, this edition includes 7 unreleased pieces (9 for the CD/Digital editions) and two tracks released on vinyl for the first time.

Ennio Morricone ‎– Il Mio Nome E' Nessuno (Original Soundtrack) - LP

"Il mio nome è Nessuno" (My name is Nobody) is an atypical western, difficult to classify as it’s placed halfway between the founders of the genre of the '60s and the comedies of the following decade.
The other element of the tip comes of course from the music of Ennio Morricone, who writes and orchestrates a really varied soundtrack, which easily adapts itself to the various scenes moods. There is everything: tensive soundscapes, epic symphonic rides – directly referring the "Dollar Trilogy", frivolous and light-hearted moments, all mixed with a disarming naturalness.

This particular edition on AMS Records shows a completely renovated artwork and a 60x30cm poster with reproductions of flyers and lobby cards of the era.

Ennio Morricone ‎– Once Upon A Time In The West - LP Transparent + Poster

After the "Dollar Trilogy", Sergio Leone was given a new offer on another western movie that he could not refuse. Following his own rules again he directed the monumental "Once upon a time in the West", featuring the American actors Henry Fonda and Charles Bronson among others.
Each character is strongly stereotyped here, a fact emphasized by the motion picture soundtrack, once again delivered by Ennio Morricone.
The flavor is epic, but also very romantic at some points.
This is another excellent demonstration that, when it comes to the exquisite blending of images and music, Italians do it better!
This is another perfect soundtrack for a magnificent movie!

Pressed on 180g Transparent Vinyl
Comes in a splendid gatefold package, with a 30x30cm inlay poster.
