Paysage D'Hiver are a phenomenon within the black metal genre. Wintherr, the Swiss project's sole and solitary member, has released ten albums and several splits within 20-plus years, all of which became underground successes and sought-after items while he kept mostly to himself, feeling no need to go public.
With 120 minutes playing time, "Im Wald" is not only Paysage D’Hiver's longest effort so far but also another chapter in the tale of winter travel (thus the French name Paysage D'Hiver) that runs through the project’s entire work like the proverbial golden thread.

The second in Carpenter’s “apocalypse trilogy” (sandwiched in between THE THING and IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS) the film takes on the myth of the return of the Anti-Christ to the living world but ingeniously places it into the world of science, dealing with notions of matter, antimatter, and theoretical physics.
Carpenter and Howarth’s score has the feel of a dream and a nightmare.

Behold a veritable smorgasbord of sounds that is Ennio Morricone’s score to Dario Argento’s debut film, THE BIRD WITH THE CRYSTAL PLUMAGE (a.k.a. L'Uccello Dalle Piume Di Cristallo) from 1970.
Considered one of the genre’s gold standards, Maestro Morricone’s stunning sonic work is a masterful accompaniment to the knife-wielding images on the screen. This colorful (yet dark) score features il Maestro’s trademark scat vocal harmonies, beautiful melodies, and mandatory sinister themes – perfect musica for this wonderfully stylistic giallo masterpiece.

Wretch is the first full-length album by legendary stoner-rockers Kyuss, released in 1991.
It's a solid start rich with Black Sabbath worshiping heavy riffs and that instantly recognizable voice of John Garcia.
It sounds like a young band getting their feet wet and jamming out. The tracks "Black Widow" and "Deadly Kiss" are taken from the band's debut EP, Sons of Kyuss (1990), recorded with original bassist Chris Cockrell, while the rest of the album was recorded with his replacement Nick Oliveri.
The Sons of Kyuss songs "Love Has Passed Me By", "Katzenjammer", and "Isolation Desolation" were re-recorded for Wretch, the latter's title shortened to "Isolation".
Mastodon's ninth full-length album, 'Hushed And Grim' closes a four-year gap. It is the heavy rock quartet’s first double album and first new record since 2017’s Emperor of Sand, which netted the Atlanta band a GRAMMY® Award in the category of “Best Metal Performance”.

This would explain his satanic mood, his passion for kitsch sounds and his adoration for all kinds of enjoyment. Whatever his influences, Carpenter Brut does not lack the talent to create in-your-face vintage killer tracks.

I Malamondo, a strange and offbeat mondo-movie about the youth of the early ‘60s, directed by Paolo Cavara.
This is one of the earliest works of Maestro Morricone, as well as one of his most eccentric and colorful scores ever. Quirky and vivid, this soundtrack spans through many different kinds of music, from classic, bossanova and jazz to latin and exotica, including panoramic orchestral numbers and melodic, romantic themes. Most of the tracks feature the brilliant vocal performances of “I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni” and “I 4+4 di Nora Orlandi”.
Carefully restored and remastered from the original master tapes, this edition includes 7 unreleased pieces (9 for the CD/Digital editions) and two tracks released on vinyl for the first time.
