Recorded live at the Hammer Of Doom 3 Festival in Würzburg, Germany on February 6th, 2010 "Triumph: Tragedy:Transcendence" features a diverse setlist representing every album and era of the band.

"Triumph:Tragedy:Transcendence" is released as a limited edition CD/DVD set. Both the audio and video programs feature stellar sound quality and the video is a gorgeous professional multi-camera recording as well. Besides the whole show (with one extra track!) the DVD also features a 20-minute interview with Tom Phillips and the band, plus bonus live footage of WHILE HEAVEN WEPT.

Local Angel is the fourth solo album by desert rock musician Brant Bjork. It is considered his most intimate and laid back record, mixing acoustic guitars and simple melodies. Produced by Brant Bjork and Tony Mason. Engineered by Tony Mason. Recorded and mixed at Rancho de la Luna, February 6-15 2004. Mastered by Mathias Cornelius von Schneeberger at Donnor & Blitzen. All songs and music written, arranged, and performed by Brant Bjork.

Makes me wonder: why is this band not at the very top of the sludge-scene? And the second track simply repeats the whole demolition. Here is the long overdue full length; Dehumanizer, contained in this bloated grotesquery of punk is 21 minutes of the meanest mince slop, gutter riffs and choleric vocals; this sewer of music overpopulated by perversion, sonic torture and other horrors. Pathologically speaking Dehumanizer is the apex of the current mince-gore progression/regression/corruption Archagathus have been undergoing lately and as such Dehumanizer and the last half a dozen splits or so all bring strong parallels to kinsmen and split partners Grotesque Organ Defilement and Hypermesis, but most importantly the band have still ultimately kept their classic archagathus sense of identity/idiocy.

Easterfaust by The Cosmic Dead: a magic carpet ride that began in the hazy days of August 2013 when the cosmics spent five days in a remote isolated garage in the Scottish Highlands with only Focaccia king Luigi Pasquini for company.
Easterfaust was the first momentous improvisation from this session to be released and captures the band in a moment of sheer, vibrant exuberance feeling their way through 42 minutes of visceral augmented repetition which metamorphs from the distant echo of space rock to an all-encompassing climactic synchronicity of sound.
Originally released in 2014, this long sold-out and sought after album is now repressed by Sound Effect Records and will be available in 3 limited vinyl editions and CD.
