Draconian ‎– A Rose For The Apocalypse - CD

€14.99

When it comes to Gothic Metal, most people think of Bands like The Gathering, Theatre of Tragedy, Tristania, Leaves' Eyes etc... Of course it is the genre with a lot of female-fronted outfits, but be honest:

Could it be, that the idea of Gothic-Metal is misunderstood?
But in the case of Draconian you get exactly this: Gothic Metal by the way it is meant to be!
A Death/Doom Hybrid with real "Beauty and the beast" moments.
You can hear the desperation, not only hear, you can feel it!

Crypt Witch – Bad Trip Exorcism - CD-Digi

"Bad Trip Exorcism", released in spring 2019, is the debut album of the German one-man band Crypt Witch. The creator of this idea - Eugen Kohl - is already known for his talent and versatility. His current projects include: Donarhall, Sinister Downfall, Death Carrier, Hexengrab, Nihilisticon, Urschmerz, Dark Fields and others.
This time Eugen showed his passion for stoner doom by creating instrumental and characteristic stoner compositions interwoven with heavy, fuzzy riffs, hypnotic motifs and melodic passages. Eugen completely avoids singing and gives each listener the opportunity to dive into the world of magic and perform their own "Bad Trip Exorcism".

Takafumi Matsubara ‎– Strange, Beautiful And Fast - CD

Four years in the making, Takafumi Matsubara (GRIDLINK, MORTALIZED, RETORTION TERROR) returns with his solo album featuring appearances from worldwide grindcore musicians. A 17-track cacophony of howling solos and blast beats fueled by the passing of his great friend Hee Chung (UNHOLY GRAVE), “Strange Beautiful And Fast” is album that not only pays condolences to his friend but also celebrates the friendships that grindcore has brought to Takafumi through the years of ups and downs due to his health.

It’s a thrilling ride from start to the finish, a once-in-a-generation album that will leave its mark for years to come.

Duel ‎– Fears Of The Dead (Repress/New Cover) - LP

DUEL is heavy psychedelic stoner doom metal from Austin, Texas. Hugely influenced by the darker sounds of early 70’s Proto-metal. Features two ex Scorpion Child (Nuclear Blast) members. Their sound is menacing and brutally old school. Total purists, their tunes cut right to the bone with heavy, deep groove and blistering tone. Tough and Loud! Hard rock as it should be!

Insect Ark ‎– The Vanishing - CD-Digi (Signed)

Instrumental psychedelic doom duo INSECT ARK have been creating uncomfortable sonicscapes that feel both intimate and icy cold since 2011. Nightmarish horror film-like visions, outer space travel, and gritty noir textures – all of this and more have been conjured up in their past records, the much-praised Portal / Well (2015) and Marrow Hymns (2018), but now, something even bigger is coming. Prepare for The Vanishing.

Ennio Morricone ‎– Il Diavolo Nel Cervello (Original Soundtrack) - LP Purple

"Il Diavolo nel Cervello" (Devil in the brain) is a film directed in 1971 by Sergio Sollima and screened at the beginning of the following year; it's a psychological thriller in which tension is determined by the characters' psyche more than their actions.

"Il diavolo nel cervello" works on an almost-full symphonic register: on a strings-made ground we have piano, harpsichord, flutes and brass instruments.
Undoubtedly, one of the best productions of Maestro Morricone from those early '70s, including Bruno Nicolai as a conductor and Edda Dell'Orso singing choirs.

Yet another blend of music and imagery from the fervent Seventies to be rediscovered, here revived in LP format with a gatefold cover and a completely new graphic layout.

Acid's Trip ‎– Strings Of Soul - LP

Acid’s Trip has done it again - high energy rock’n’roll with string-bending licks, a touch of soul and a blazing organic beat.
This best describes the Gothenburg-based quartet that has taken the timeless sound of past decades to a whole new level.
The album "Strings of Soul" was recorded during the late summer of 2020 by the band themselves for that hard rock feel and the production was mixed and mastered by genius sound engineer Ola Ersfjord (Honeymoon Disease, Tribulation, Dead Lord etc.).

The rock was played and the tambourine is still grooving!

Available on Black or Yellow w/Red and Black Splatter (ltd) Vinyl
