Venomous Concept ‎– Kick Me Silly VCIII - CD

"Come on and do the toxic waltz. Kick your friend in the head and have a ball." These words by EXODUS fully apply to 'Kick Me Silly - VC III', the third full-length frontal assault by VENOMOUS CONCEPT.

The grindcore veterans (Kevin Sharp and Dan Lilker of BRUTAL TRUTH, Shane Embury and Danny Herrera of NAPALM DEATH, and John Cooke of CORRUPT MORAL ALTAR) recorded 'Kick Me Silly' in 2014, continuing in their trademark hardcore punk style.
You will find these fire-starters branching out dynamically in order to perfect their art of grinding rock! Like a coiled punk rock porcupine OOK is fully charged and ready for attack with 'Kick Me Silly - VC III'! Kick ass!

Arroganz ‎– Erzketzer - MCD

After exactly one year and the great 2017' album „Primitiv“, ARROGANZ are back with the new 3 Track EP 'ERZKETZER'.
This EP is a piece of a 3 parts story (Album-EP-Album), but also stands for itself.
ERZKETZER is hellish, obscure and blasphemic dark mixture of Black and Death Metal with a big Fuck Off attitude.

Storm[o] – Ere - CD Digi

ERE is an introspective record that reflects the maturation of a band that never ceases to astonish, without betraying its roots in the Italian hardcore/punk scene. This album is a furious cross section of everyday life told with an audacious, pained rage. The lyrics are the hardest-hitting element of STORM{O}’s work and reveal, as they sing again in their native language, a disarming sincerity. With a unique approach and a penetrating sound that combines the fury and speed of old-school hardcore with the gloomiest melodies of post-hardcore, this band again manages to surprise us with its immense skill.

STORM{O} are one of the greatest bands in Italy these days and ERE is a gem that immediately takes its place among the best Italian albums of 2018. (Cvlt Nation)

Ennio Morricone ‎– Il Diavolo Nel Cervello (Original Soundtrack) - LP Purple

"Il Diavolo nel Cervello" (Devil in the brain) is a film directed in 1971 by Sergio Sollima and screened at the beginning of the following year; it's a psychological thriller in which tension is determined by the characters' psyche more than their actions.

"Il diavolo nel cervello" works on an almost-full symphonic register: on a strings-made ground we have piano, harpsichord, flutes and brass instruments.
Undoubtedly, one of the best productions of Maestro Morricone from those early '70s, including Bruno Nicolai as a conductor and Edda Dell'Orso singing choirs.

Yet another blend of music and imagery from the fervent Seventies to be rediscovered, here revived in LP format with a gatefold cover and a completely new graphic layout.

The Atrocity Exhibit ‎– Extinction Solution - LP Pink

Ltd. Pink LP

The masters of grind n' roll return with a new masterpiece, bristling with blasts, riffs and incomprehensible screaming. 'Extinction Solution' is a masterclass in hook-laden, 'fun' grind, but do not mistake the term here to mean 'not filled with blast beats and ear shattering vocals'.

Clocking in at around 22 minutes long the Northampton three piece waste no time with overlong intro/outro sections or frilly atmosphere, THE ATROCITY EXHIBIT go straight for the jugular, with old school Napalm Death-esque slippery guitar riffs snuggled up neatly against rock and roll rhythms that would give Lemmy cause to grin ear to ear.

This is a properly excellent extreme music release that will please all smelly crust and grind fans, a strong competitor for grind album of the year!!

Scalpture ‎– Eisenzeit - CD

Emerging from the wider surrounding of death dealers Evoked in the industrial juggernaut of North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany, Scalpture turn out to be a surprisingly individual take on true-and-tested genre formulas.
While the members were doubtlessly raised on a diet of Bolt Thrower with two big spoons of Dutch and American fare respectively, it’s clear from the outset that Scalpture’s second full-length is its very own beast.
As a musical narrative unfolding during the ravages of World War I, “Eisenzeit” does not once plumply glorify armed conflict and heroic violence but displays a peculiar depth.
Add to this highly emotional mix a monstrously powerful yet crystalline sound devoid of any shallow “vintage” references, and you can be sure that Scalpture are going to actively shape the future
