Mankind Woman is the thirteenth solo record by Brant Bjork. Although this is indeed a Brant Bjork record it is the first record Brant Bjork solely collaborates with a producer and co-writer, his LowDesertPunkBand guitarist and friend, Bubba Dupree. Only Brant and Bubba wrote and performed the music along with guest appearances by bass player Armand Secco Sabal, Nick Oliveri and Vocalist Sean Wheeler who has been a touring member of the LowDesertPunkBand.

BLACK RAINBOWS are back two years from their last album, Stellar Prophecy, with a magnificent new full-length comprised of nine tracks for about 45 minutes of music. Clocking in at around 22 minutes long the Northampton three piece waste no time with overlong intro/outro sections or frilly atmosphere, THE ATROCITY EXHIBIT go straight for the jugular, with old school Napalm Death-esque slippery guitar riffs snuggled up neatly against rock and roll rhythms that would give Lemmy cause to grin ear to ear.

This is a properly excellent extreme music release that will please all smelly crust and grind fans, a strong competitor for grind album of the year!!
