King Dude - Burning Daylight
- Printed Innersleeve
- 180g Vinyl
King Dude returns with his latest meditation in eleven parts entitled "Sex". Following his tradition of song writing by divination from his good Lord Lucifer, the King challenges the listener to explore the theme of sexuality through nothing other than spiritual rock n' roll (of course). From the opening track you can tell that King Dude is out for blood and sweat and that he wants to drag you down an amphetimine and whiskey soaked joyride in a dune buggy through the darkest depths of his bizarre mind.
Includes huge poster sized 90*60cm, printed on both sides on 120g/sm rough paper, folded to 30*30cm
ZAUM caught the ear of I Hate with a truly impressive sound that (to us at least) combines the foreboding darkness of The Wounded Kings, with the meditative, oriental disposition of Om and Bong - thickly entwined in singular aural mysticism and creativity that stimulates the imagination at all times. Conceptually driven by a deep-seated fascination with the ancient Middle East and an overall presentation that sustains a demand for deeper reflection, it's only natural and appropriate that ZAUM dubbed their music style 'Middle Eastern mantra doom'.
It’s time to wipe off some dust from this little gem from the Italian Stoner Rock underground, for too long disappeared from the radars.

Total Grindcore Sickness
The album was recorded in Joshua Tree, California, USA, before Christmas 2006. The 8-track album is a mix of old and new tracks. “Some days I just like to sit outside under the sun with my guitar and sing my songs to myself. It relaxes me. It also reminds me of what my songs are about. ...went to Tony's house when I got back to the desert last October...put up a mic and rolled tape. It took 3 days to make this recording...so we naturally called it Tres Dias. Dig it.”
Reissued by Heavy Psych Sounds in 2018.
'Epicus Doomicus Metallicus' is a true classic.
Every track is undeniably strong - heavy metal riffs blended with almost neo-classical touches, plus some theatrical elements bringing to mind bands like Mercyful Fate (thought to be another influence).
This is one of the definitive Doom Metal releases, immortalising the band, alongside early developers of the style such as the US band, Pentagram.
'Epicus' was recorded at Thunderload Studios in 1986 and was released later that same year.
The vocals for this, their debut album, were handled by Johan Längqvist, before the iconic vocalist Messiah Marcolin became a solid fixture in the band until the early nineties.
Plaguewielder was the name of Darkthrone's ninth album and it was originally released in 2001.
The album contained the trademark Darkthrone riffing in the black metal style, plus fast and mid-tempo tracks mixed with punk and heavy metal influences from the 80s and beyond, plus a production which brought an extra clarity to the overall execution.
Gothic, from 1991, was the genre-defining second album by Gothic Doom Metal progenitors, Paradise Lost.
Creating a more melancholy and sonically detailed form of Doom Metal, Paradise Lost offered distinctive lead guitar melodies and atmospheric arrangements that - along with fellow travellers Anathema and My Dying Bride - placed them at the forefront of the 1990s extreme Metal scene.
This edition of Gothic is available on 180gm black vinyl.
Darkthrone, the Norwegian Black Metal legends, marks its 2019 return with a sublime slab of relentless riffing in the true spirit of the underground.
Over the course of 30 years, Darkthrone has become a staple of the global Black Metal genre, forging a legacy as one of the most influential bands in its illustrious and often infamous history.
Old Star displays a mastery of the art of the riff, with its 6 epic tracks taking in the best of the old school of Heavy and Extreme Metal combined with a large dose of Doom channelled through the grime of the underground.
Includes Dissection’s first two, and extremely rare, demos entitled Into Infinite Obscurity and The Grief Prophecy plus at the end there is an extremely rare rehearsal of a side project of Nodtveidt called Satanized. They play a insane mix of Black and Death Metal, with no melody at all.
All in all this album is an automatic buy for any big Dissection fan. This will quench your thirst for more Dissection material, because as we all know there will never be another album by this legendary band.

After their early foray into the world consciousness with SOULSIDE JOURNEY they delivered the unholy trinity of A BLAZE IN THE NORTHERN SKY, UNDER A FUNERAL MOON and TRANSILVANIAN HUNGER.
Censorship and heavy handed political correctness forced the band from Peaceville and they made a succession of albums for the fledgling Moonfog label.
Something was always missing from this equation though, and soon the band members yearned to go home and made it clear.
However, time heals all wounds, and as soon as the band became free they planned their return to the forefront of the Metal existence with Peaceville.
THE CULT IS ALIVE is the fetid, rotting, rocking first fruits of Darkthrone's second coming at Peaceville.
‘Hate Them’ was Darkthrone’s tenth album and was originally released in 2003.
The album was a fine example of masterful primitive black metal riffing along with the integration of other 80’s punk and metal influences from the long-standing duo of Fenriz and Nocturno Culto, all executed in the unmistakable Darkthrone style. The album was recorded at Pan Lydstudio and engineered by Lars Klokkerhaug. The album intro and outro was created by Lrz from fellow Norwegian act Red Harvest.
’Hate Them’ is regarded among the best received albums the band released during their time with then-label, Moonfog Productions.
