1. Description of company and products
Spikerot Records is a distributor and reseller of music and music-related merchandise. This webshop offers offers physical records, CDs, tapes and music merchandise for sale.
All the goods offered for sale on our webshop come from our warehouse and are immediately available except where differently indicated.
2. Introduction and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter also referred to as You or the Customer) and Spikerot Records (hereafter also referred to as We or the Website), belonging to the company "Spikerot snc", VAT no IT 02210850687.
Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These general Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express written, prior dispensation.
We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Company as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.
3. Changes to the Terms of Service and the Website
Spikerot Records is a work in progress, and as such things may change, be added or be taken away.
We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice.
It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.
4. Secure payment
Spikerot Records currently offers three ways to pay for your order, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Pick up at our headquarters.
Paypal payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Spikerot Records is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order.
You do not need to hold an account with these Merchants to use these methods of payments. Please refer to PayPal for full terms and conditions of use.
Fees may be applied to you when using Bank Transfer depending on your Bank's Policy.
5. Customer service
Our customer service is available by filling the form in this page. Please allow 24 hours for reply.
The prices indicated on Company are shown in Euros and do not include delivery.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.
If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
7. Delivery policy and returns
Please allow 1-2 working days for shipping your order. We usually process incoming orders within 24 hours, but small delays can happen.
To cancel an order is possible if we haven't shipped out your order yet. Please contacts us here if you wish to cancel your order.
In cases of wrong shipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required unless a different agreement between the two parties.
ITALY: Corriere SDA: fast, safe and cheap. Delivery time is usually 2 working days after Shipment Day.
There are two shipping options INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS can choose from:
- PostaMail Internazionale (up to 2Kg): Ordinary Mail, NOT TRACKED, is the cheapest option we provide but it is slower and less safe than UPS Courier.
EUROPE and MEDITERRANEAN AREA: Usually 10-15 Working Days.
NORTH AMERICA AND OCEANIA: Usually 16-25 Working Days.
REST OF THE WORLD: Usually 22-30 Working Days.
*Customs formalities can delay the procedure for non-EU Countries.*
*By using this Shipping Method, customers are aware that the package may be lost due to circumstances beyond Spikerot Recordsí control and by accepting these Terms and Conditions they relieve Spikerot Records from any package loss.
In the latter situation, customers MUST contact Spikerot Records through the form available HERE, providing their Order Number and shipping details.
- UPS (Up to 20Kg): The safest and fastest way, TRACKED. (Only for Selected Countries)
Delivery Times: EUROPE: 2 Working Days excluding Shipment Days.Customs formalities can delay the procedure for non-EU Countries.
REST OF THE WORLD: 5 Working Days excluding the Shipment Day for the majority of destinations. Customs formalities can delay the procedure.
Shipping costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products, depending on customer's location.
Customers are responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible for that.
New customers or potential customers are automatically added to our newsletter service unless specifically indicated by the same customer.
10. Feedback & Comments
Any opinions left on the Spikerot Records' Website by customers are screened and moderated by Spikerot Records . If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentaryÖ), Spikerot Records reserves the right to refuse or modify it.
