Recorded at the historic Welsh Foel Studio and produced by Chris Fielding (Conan, Electric Wizard, Primordial) the 8 tracks on display show the fruits of a productive early 2019 with a searing combination of melodies, riffs and focused writing.

Ryte’s debut album is basically the result of an intense one-and-a-half-year writing process (late 2016 - early 2018), which was definitely fueled by a very creative and communal spirit within the band.
The album consists of four long tracks which were constructed and developed carefully over time. The flow came totally natural as every member participated equally and contributed their very own personal abilities.
The album definitely pushes the boundaries of Psych rock as it is influenced by countless styles of music including Doom, Prog Rock, Jazz and even World Music.
The sound is dominated by down-tuned, sometimes doomy, sometimes epic twin guitars, dynamic and jazzy drums, distorted, playful basslines and spacey Theremin landscapes.
Going through rare and previously unreleased tracks from former recording sessions, alternate versions of well beloved songs and even a brand new track, KYLESA remixed and rearranged those they felt to have a permeating feeling of togetherness into this outstanding collection “From the Vaults Vol. I”. Far beyond the average compilation it will make you wish for Vol. II!
Norwegian duo, Darkthrone, return with their first new studio material since 2013's triumphant The Underground Resistance.
Fenriz and Nocturno Culto once more show their mastery of 'the riff', demonstrating why Darkthrone remain one of the most respected and enduring acts in the history of extreme Metal.
An eclectic mix of free-spirited 1980's fuelled blackened Heavy Metal executed in Darkthrone's trademark raw and organic style, Arctic Thunder was recorded and produced by the band, with the sessions conducted at Darkthrone's old rehearsal unit, The Bomb Shelter.
With themes based around hate, contempt, and the inner mind and soul, Arctic Thunder retains a grim atmosphere throughout the album's 8 tracks.
With their third album “Cold Steel... for an Iron Age” DESTRÖYER 666 continued their steep climb in the favour of fans and critics alike.

This is clearly a must have for all DESTRÖYER 666 fans!

„Feldwärts“ was recorded at Sculpt Sound Studios and Hellforge Studio, mixed by M. Brinkmann at Hellforge Studio and mastered by L. Mackrory at Obey Mastering. Artwork by Eliran Kantor (Testament, My Dying Bride, Soulfly, Helloween).

Remember when heavy rock bands wrote songs? In the early ‘70s, Grand Funk, Bang, and Deep Purple brought hooks and choruses to seriously weighty tunes.
In 2015, Portland, Oregon’s Holy Grove walks in the long footsteps of tradition, pitting soulful vocals, searing guitar solos, and swinging grooves into its own Bic-flicking dinosaur stomp.
After wowing NW audiences for several years, the band is now ready to unveil its self-titled debut—seven songs of blazing riffs, and cloud-piercing wails, with enough rhythmic heft to satisfy today’s doom-hungry audience.
Vidal’s lyrics of myth and fantasy coast on a massive flying carpet of guitar riffs, kept aloft by a pounding pulverizing rhythm section.

Grinding Death Metal, sometimes dismal, sometimes punkish, sometimes sludgy, sometimes fuck you off!

13 filthy hymns to misery, fatuity, death and decay, a one-way descent into the deepest caliginous abyss with no hope for redemption.
For Fans of: Rotten Sound, Incantation, Wolfbrigade and John Carpenter.
For 30 years now, Blockheads have set a course on the heart of original grindcore.
Call it old school, call it political, all in all, they sticked to the idea of criticizing and analyzing the world as it is: cold, oppressive, and bleak. Now it is time to release their sixth album: “Trip to the Void”.
Their sonic punishing blastbeat and trademark neck-breaking groove have never been sharper, refined on stage with the likes of Napalm Death, Carcass, or Mumakil, and condensed into the span of these 25tracks/28 minutes of sheer aggression.
With their darker work to date, Blockheads are back, uncompromising and straight to the point, as grindcore should always be.
