Insect Ark ‎– The Vanishing - CD-Digi (Signed)

€17.99

Instrumental psychedelic doom duo INSECT ARK have been creating uncomfortable sonicscapes that feel both intimate and icy cold since 2011. Nightmarish horror film-like visions, outer space travel, and gritty noir textures – all of this and more have been conjured up in their past records, the much-praised Portal / Well (2015) and Marrow Hymns (2018), but now, something even bigger is coming. Prepare for The Vanishing.

Insect Ark ‎– Portal/Well - CD-Digi (Signed)

'Portal/Well' is the deeply melodic, dense, austere & wildly unhinged debut album from Insect Ark. Written, performed & recorded by Dana Schechter (Angels Of Light / Bee And Flower) in complete solitude, in her Brooklyn studio. 'Portal/Well' finds its voice in the haunting groans of the lap steel guitar, the stalking bass, the insistent drum programming & the deep oscillations of synthesisers.

Insect Ark ‎– Marrow Hymns - CD-Digi (Signed)

Combining elements of horror-film soundtracks, psychedelic doom, and atmospheric noise, INSECT ARK’s intensely visual music weaves interludes of fragile beauty with crushing passages of swirling doom, spinning like a backwards fever dream. “Marrow Hymns” is a wordless song, a hypnotic voice that screams and whispers from a place deep in the furrows, from the bones, from the blood. Defying easy categorization.

Big Scenic Nowhere ‎– Vision Beyond Horizon - LP

"This album is a collaborative effort and the sum of its parts. The basic riffs and song structures were done by myself and Gary Arce, but the contributions from Tony Reed, Lisa Alley, Ian Graham, Mario Lalli, Nick Oliveri, Bill Stinson, Per Wiberg and Alain Johannes make this record what it is.
There was never a discussion of what kind of music we wanted to make.
But if I had to describe it there are elements of Soundgarden, Pink Floyd, Yawning Man and Fu Manchu."

Dozer ‎– Madre de Dios - CD-Digi

Heavy Psych Sounds Records is reissuing first three albums of the Swedish legendary band Dozer: In The Tail Of A Comet, Madre De Dios and Call It Conspiracy.
Three masterpieces of the European stoner scene. These three records elevated the scene to a higher level and gave Dozer the scepter of the Scandinavian stoner movement.

In the post-Kyuss era, Dozer, along with bands like Los Natas and Acid King, brought a flurry of pure, desert-style monolithic riffs and tons of fuzz guitars.

The band had a very big influence on the European stoner bands and we can definitely say Dozer are one of the European stoner godfathers.

The reissues will be released in a bunch of very special coloured vinyl editions, a unique opportunity to have these records on vinyl.

Solefald – Neonism - 2LP

Solefald’s 1999 release Neonism available on vinyl for the first time!
Solefald was formed in Norway by members Lars Are "Lazare" Nedland and Cornelius Jakhelln in 1995.
Possessing a strong penchant for experimentation, Solefald were classified as avant-garde black metal.
Neonism was originally released in 1999 and ventured even further into the realms of genre expanding diversity than the band's debut album in what could be classified as an early example of ‘post black metal’.
Prog metal, black metal, punk, classical, jazz, as well as multiple modern styles and influences such as drum & bass and electronica were combined to make an incredibly varied album both instrumentally and vocally.

Double vinyl edition in gatefold sleeve.

Dephosphorus - Ravenous Solemnity - 2LP

“Ravenous Solemnity”, the 2nd full-length album succeeding to 2012’s critically and fan acclaimed “Night Sky Transform”, marks a milestone for the band.

The addition behind the drum kit of John Votsis, one the most talented and dedicated musicians of the local Greek scene, has been instrumental in making of this dense, 43-minute-long odyssey Dephosphorus’ most intense and majestic effort to date.

Illustrated once again with stunning artwork by analog visionaries and friends Viral Graphics, packaged as a glorious gatefold double LP pressed on 180g heavy wax by the good care of the band’s allies and vinyl specialists 7 Degrees Records in cooperation with Handshake Inc.,“Ravenous Solemnity” is destined to be a classic gem in any extreme audiophile’s record collection.

Belzebong ‎– Light The Dankness - CD Digi

Light the Dankness is the latest Belzebong album, released in 2018. We are very stoked to present you the repress of this amazing record.
The release, which is vocalized only with periodic samples, is nonetheless able to convey its sensibilities not only through its titles, but through the bare riffs and grooves themselves.

Kylesa ‎– Ultraviolet - CD-DIGI

KYLESA have returned as challenging and daring as ever on their 6th full length, 'Ultraviolet!'
Moving well beyond their trademark riffs, 'Ultraviolet' sees core founding members, Laura Pleasants and Phillip Cope, expanding and evolving.
The dualism of Pleasants' versatile singing and Cope's shouted vocals melds perfectly with the constant change in sound.

Shifting effortlessly from heavy hard rock riffs to punk-infused beats to even barren cold wave concoctions, 'Ultraviolet' sees KYLESA progressing in ways never thought possible and is undoubtedly one of the best records of 2013!

Ennio Morricone ‎– Il Mio Nome E' Nessuno (Original Soundtrack) - LP

"Il mio nome è Nessuno" (My name is Nobody) is an atypical western, difficult to classify as it’s placed halfway between the founders of the genre of the '60s and the comedies of the following decade.
The other element of the tip comes of course from the music of Ennio Morricone, who writes and orchestrates a really varied soundtrack, which easily adapts itself to the various scenes moods. There is everything: tensive soundscapes, epic symphonic rides – directly referring the "Dollar Trilogy", frivolous and light-hearted moments, all mixed with a disarming naturalness.

This particular edition on AMS Records shows a completely renovated artwork and a 60x30cm poster with reproductions of flyers and lobby cards of the era.

Hooded Menace – Ossuarium Silhouettes Unhallowed - CD

Doom has always been a style for a rather select but also very dedicated audience.
Among the aficionados, HOODED MENACE have quickly become a household name for authenticity and excellence.

With their upcoming fifth album, 'Ossuarium Silhouettes Unhallowed', the Finns continue to impress with immaculate songwriting skills and the perfect balance between harsh death metal fuelled outbursts and exquisite melodic melancholy.

Capilla Ardiente – The Siege - CD

Chile's Capilla Ardiente are the brainchild of bassist Claudio Botarro Neira and vocalist Felipe Plaza Kutzbach; the current line-up is completed by Julio Borquez (rhythm, lead & acoustic guitars), Igor Leiva (rhythm guitar) and Francisco Aguirre (drums). Botarro and Plaza are also playing with fellow doomsters (and High Roller recording artists) Procession. However, there is a fundamental difference between Capilla Ardiente and Procession, neither of which is a mere side project but both are full-blown bands.

Capilla Ardiente's latest album "The Siege" consists of four epic compositions following 2014's debut album "Bravery, Truth And The Endless Darkness".

Tsjuder – Legion Helvete - CD

TSJUDER are back! Next to DIMMU BORGIR, SATYRICON and IMMORTAL the three musicians from Oslo are one of the very few bands that manage to keep their roots in the harsh sounds loved by the underground but at the same time being able to write catchy melodies and great songs that make them appeal to the general Metal scene. Their fourth full-length stands proud witness to this development, which started with their first EPs “Throne of the Goat” (1997) and “Atum Nocturnem” (1999). The following debut album “Kill For Satan” (2000) as well as “Demonic Possession” (2002) and “Desert Northern Hell” (2004) brought critical praise to their enormous fan base.
