We are very happy to release, for the first time on vinyl, the soundtrack to one of Italy’s most known and loved comedies of all time: ‘BIANCO, ROSSO E VERDONE’.
Written, directed and starred by CARLO VERDONE and produced by SERGIO LEONE, ‘BIANCO ROSSO E VERDONE’ was released in 1981 and instantly became a fan-favorite comedy and a cult classic, giving birth to some of Verdone’s most recognizable carachters of his whole 40+ years career.
The Soundtrack, composed by the late Maestro ENNIO MORRICONE, will be finally available on vinyl for the first time ever, to celebrate the 40th(+1) anniversary of this cult movie.

"Blood’s Thicker Than Love" is the fifth album from Texas-based ’70s-inspired hard rockers BLOOD OF THE SUN, featuring drummer Henry Vasquez of Saint Vitus.
Drawing influences from the likes of Deep Purple, Mountain, Humble Pie, and Led Zeppelin, BLOOD OF THE SUN has been delivering ultra-catchy hard rock so far, churning out upbeat ’70s radio hits with ease and conviction.

The Dead Ends bring a fresh and punchy sound with the release of their second album, "Distant Shores".
The forthcoming album is a follow-up to their debut 2017 LP "Deeper the dark, the Brighter we shine" and is set for release in March 2019 on vinyl, CD and digital, via Sound-Effect Records.
Distant Shores was recorded in a DIY studio in Kavala, Greece; no fancy gear and all, but loads of experimentation.
The record is comprised of 10 tracks that vary in style, though, within The Dead Ends unique style, they create a vibrant soundscape for any psychedelic music lover.

On their eponymously self-titled 3rd LP, the Imajinary Friends tweak the frequencies and really fry all the instrumentation that is both dizzying and danceable (i.e. The Dark Sparkle or Space Trash.) The Imajinary Friends continue to experiment with sounds and rhythm on tracks like 101 Kazoos and Frangipani. This record brings the rhythms of the 70’s Krautrock scene with the dark guitars of UK Post-Punk paired with buried vocals and slurred sounds of the 90’s shoegaze movement.
The Hazytones – The Hazytones - CD
The Hazytones, a three piece band from Montreal have, since their 2015 inception, been kicking some serious ass around the live circuits of their Canadian home turf. The Hazytones jam a groove of hard and stoner rock blended with touches of bluesy psych that has a distinct but not overpowering retro feel, a feel perfect for an underground scene dominated by bands looking backwards towards the hard rock of the 70's.
"The Hazytones" is an album that could as easily find its way onto the playlist of an avid 70's hard rock collector as it could that of the most discerning stoner/psych/doom fan.

We’re thrilled to announce our participation in this ambitious project, in collaboration with CAM Sugar and Decca Records:
for the first time on vinyl, the expanded score to the world’s famous shockumentary ‘MONDO CANE’, composed by Riz Ortolani and Nino Oliviero.
Spikerot Records has curated the project together with CAM Sugar, presenting a new original artwork and a restored musical experience.
The CD Version presents the original tracklist known so far, the same one that originally came out in 1962, containing the Grammy-award-winning song ‘More’, plus 21 previously unreleased tracks, taken from the original recording sessions and carefully selected by Spikerot Records.

We’re stoked to announce the release of ‘I Cannibali’ (aka ‘The Cannibals’ / ‘The Year Of The Cannibals’), score to the dystopic 1970’s movie by Liliana Cavani, composed and orchestrated by Maestro Ennio Morricone and conducted by Bruno Nicolai.
Available for the first time ever on vinyl, the opus features vocal apprerances of Don Powell and Audrey Nohra Stainton as well as the glorious choir I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni, also including alternate takes and previously unreleased tracks.

Remastered from the original master tapes at Toxic Basement Studio, cut at 45rpm and pressed on 180g audiophile vinyl, the album includes 20 unreleased tracks, liner notes from Lamberto Bava and is housed in a deluxe Gatefold sleeve with a die-cut slip-case featuring a stunning artwork by SoloMacello.
