Iceland's SEVERED CROTCH has been at the forefront of the new wave of icelandic death metal since their formation. Their brand of death metal blends various influences together to create a mix of progressive technical brutality interspersed with old school homage.

Severed Crotch's debut full-length "The Nature of Entropy" exhibits scrupulous guitar work and spiraling bass lines complemented by unconfined drum patterns and a ferocious vocal assault. DEATHSWARM from Uppsala, Sweden formed in 2017 to compose uncompromising classic Death Metal somewhere between BOLT THROWER or their landmates DISMEMBER. Three of the five bandmembers are also known from the old Swedish Melodic Death Metal band SARCASM. 2019 marks the year of Deathswarm's fantastic debut album „Shadowlands of Darkness“, released by Chaos Records.
And two years later they are back with 9 brand new studio songs, full of barbarity, brutality, the vibe and stench of the early Death Metal days.
The new album named „Forward Into Olivion“ was recorded in HSH Studios by the band's drummer Alvaro Svanerö and Philip Borg, mixed and mastered by Johan Ericson at Dead Dog Farm Studios. For the cover artwork and layout responsible Emerging Death Designs.

We’re thrilled to announce our participation in this ambitious project, in collaboration with CAM Sugar and Decca Records:
for the first time on vinyl, the expanded score to the world’s famous shockumentary ‘MONDO CANE’, composed by Riz Ortolani and Nino Oliviero.
Spikerot Records has curated the project together with CAM Sugar, presenting a new original artwork and a restored musical experience.

The CD Version presents the original tracklist known so far, the same one that originally came out in 1962, containing the Grammy-award-winning song ‘More’, plus 21 previously unreleased tracks, taken from the original recording sessions and carefully selected by Spikerot Records.
