Zolfo - Delusion Of Negation
6-panel Digipak CD
Italy’s underworld is a somewhat fervent environment lately and the Apulian Sludge/Doom-mongers Zolfo has rightfully earned a place in such realm.
Their debut work ‘Delusion Of Negation’ evokes a smoking creature that will utterly please fans of Iron Monkey, Ufomammut and Bongzilla alike.
Huge riffs and loud amps proceed hand in hand with the slow-paced yet unmerciful drumming while the vocal delivery is harsh as hell, non-human at times.

Monsternaut is a straight up stoner rock group from Kerava Finland. An unpretentious trio that delivers simple rock’n’roll in the spirit of Fu Manchu and alike.
Formed in the winter of 2012 by Tuomas Heiskanen and Perttu Härkönen shuffled around few drummers before making Jani Kuusela a permanent member in 2014. Boasted a sound born out of heavy Fu Manchu influence, with a tonal touch of Queens of the Stone Age bounce and desert-bred groove.
The trio of vocalist/guitarist Tuomas Heiskanen, bassist Perttu Härkönen and drummer Jani Kuusela thicken up nodding, momentum-rich riffs and offer a return to ’90s stoner heavy purity.
"This album is a collaborative effort and the sum of its parts. The basic riffs and song structures were done by myself and Gary Arce, but the contributions from Tony Reed, Lisa Alley, Ian Graham, Mario Lalli, Nick Oliveri, Bill Stinson, Per Wiberg and Alain Johannes make this record what it is.
There was never a discussion of what kind of music we wanted to make.
But if I had to describe it there are elements of Soundgarden, Pink Floyd, Yawning Man and Fu Manchu."
Bob Balch of Fu Manchu

On this nine-song album the Warsaw powerhouse allows the listener to experience immeasurable number of speed light blasts, disharmonic grind and experimental noise. The creation gives the most intricate, dynamic and innovative sound of the genre. Manic drumming, heavy distorted guitars, gorgeous vocals and shrieks are inarguable trademarks of Antigama. Complex and twisted grind, forward thinking metal - avantgrind!
For fans of NAPALM DEATH, PIG DESTROYER, CEPHALIC CARNAGE, GOBLIN.

'Goatlord' is the title of what was to originally be Darkthrone's second album.
The style followed very much in the vein of the debut, 'Soulside Journey', with a mid-paced melodic, yet technical death metal style.
After the recording of the tracks in their completed demo form in 1991, however, Darkthrone's focus shifted towards black metal and so the album was shelved, while work commenced on what was to be the Norwegian black metal milestone, 'A Blaze in the Northern Sky', which did actually incorporate some parts from the 'Goatlord' tracks. 'Goatlord' was only ever recorded instrumentally, and so it wasn't until 1994 that Fenriz added vocals to the songs, with the album eventually seeing a release on the band's then label, Moonfog Productions in 1996.
The long awaited second full length length from Germany's WOJCZECH is called "Pulsus Letalis" and was recorded by Pierre Bernhard at Sessionstudio / Ostseerockstudio and mixed and mastered by Harris Johns (CORONER, KREATOR, VOIVOD, PESTILENCE) at Musiclab.
The album contains 12 tracks of high-speed manic chaos. Dissonant, monolithic walls of guitar on top of a tutorial in blast beats—monumental grind and metal with a crusty edge! Fans of DISCORDANCE AXIS, REPULSION, PHOBIA, EXCRUCIATING TERROR, GASP, SOB, and DISRUPT should love WOJCZECH.
The Dead Ends bring a fresh and punchy sound with the release of their second album, "Distant Shores".
The forthcoming album is a follow-up to their debut 2017 LP "Deeper the dark, the Brighter we shine" and is set for release in March 2019 on vinyl, CD and digital, via Sound-Effect Records.
Distant Shores was recorded in a DIY studio in Kavala, Greece; no fancy gear and all, but loads of experimentation.
The record is comprised of 10 tracks that vary in style, though, within The Dead Ends unique style, they create a vibrant soundscape for any psychedelic music lover.

Dead Kosmonaut is a Swedish metal project in the vein of all your favourite classic heavy rock bands. "Rekviem" is their EP following their 2017 debut album "Expect Nothing".
Philadelphia psychedelic doombringers RUBY THE HATCHET are one of heavy music's finest on-the-rise bands.
Evoking a decade's worth of maturity gained in just a few short years, the genesis from the band's 2011 self-titled EP to present day has been nothing short of stunning.
The group's music fuses the sinister tactic of brainwash with blistering riffs and the rebellious mood of sorcery, re-imagining a different path for metal.
Valley of the Snake is a six song journey; a fantastical trek with huge, blistering tracks that journey over peaks and valleys and ditches and oceans before leaving you spinning.
Seething and spitting, RUBY THE HATCHET hammers behemoth waves of dogma and doom, merging precision and patience with a sinister foot-stomping, head-bobbing power.

OREYEON'S new album ODE TO OBLIVION comes after two years of experimental sessions in their little studio recording nastled between the sea and the mountains in the north west of italy. This new full lenght crosses transversely all member's musical influences and takes shape leaving behind and definitely going beyond the rules that mostly describe the classical stonerrock genre. Just from the first track, a strong sense of nothingness blends into a long unsettling travel through a microcosm full of colours while black shapes lead the traveller into a spiral of nihilistic lyrics, title tracks and monolithic riffs all at the same time .

With their anticipated new album “For This We Fought The Battle Of Ages”, Salt Lake City doom-chamber metal band SUBROSA have created their most triumphant and most enveloping album to date. “For This We Fought The Battle Of Ages” sees SUBROSA expanding their sound to a new plateau with their heaviest, darkest, and most dynamic-sounding album to date through bigger-sounding production value (the new album was fully engineered and mixed by drummer Andy Patterson). With the awareness brought onto the band with the new album’s predecessor, which also saw SUBROSA on their most active touring schedule yet, “For This We Fought The Battle Of Ages” will bring more demand and awareness to the band as they prepare to unveil their most important and crucial album in their repertoire.
