The Atrocity Exhibit ‎– Extinction Solution - CD

The masters of grind n' roll return with a new masterpiece, bristling with blasts, riffs and incomprehensible screaming. 'Extinction Solution' is a masterclass in hook-laden, 'fun' grind, but do not mistake the term here to mean 'not filled with blast beats and ear shattering vocals'.

Clocking in at around 22 minutes long the Northampton three piece waste no time with overlong intro/outro sections or frilly atmosphere, THE ATROCITY EXHIBIT go straight for the jugular, with old school Napalm Death-esque slippery guitar riffs snuggled up neatly against rock and roll rhythms that would give Lemmy cause to grin ear to ear.

This is a properly excellent extreme music release that will please all smelly crust and grind fans, a strong competitor for grind album of the year!!

My Dying Bride ‎– Feel The Misery - CD-Digi

'Feel the Misery' is the 12th full studio album from the UK gods and marks the return of original guitarist Calvin Robertshaw to the fold. THe album sees My Dying Bride celebrate its 25th anniversary in style with a landmark opus, sure to sate the thirst of fans both old and new.

Spanning 8 tracks, these crushing Metallic epics laced with funereal atmosphere are undoubtedly among the band's heaviest and darkest works to date, all while still exploring new realms of creativity.

My Dying Bride has been the leading light of doom metal since their debut album As The Flower Withers was released on Peaceville Records back in 1992, and the band's heavy atmospherics and expertly crafted compositions make them among the most essential and legendary acts of the gothic doom/death genre.

Lonely Kamel ‎– Shit City - CD

This camel is certainly not a lone voice in the wilderness. Especially since LONELY KAMEL indeed sound like a desert, but in truth come from Norway. And obviously traditional Hard Rock can be produced quite exquisitely between fjords and endless forests, which sound nice, meaty and dry. On their fourth album the Norwegians act in the tension between Hard Rock from the seventies, Stoner Rock, Blues, Psychedelic and a dash of Doom.
Nine tracks with everything the genre has to offer: from the rough, punky title track, which has a certain punk attitude over extended jams to compact four-minute earwigs. And thus is clear: LONELY KAMEL clearly belong to the spearhead of the European Rocker scene.

Bolt Thrower ‎– Realm Of Chaos - CD

Special reissue of the out of print classic 'Realm of Chaos' by UK low-end grind legends Bolt Thrower with all new art and layout! Originally released in 1989, the album immediately took up residency as a Death Metal/grind masterpiece, mixing an incredibly heavy sound with a war-based theme and image that the band still employ to this day.
This re-issue features brand new art drawn by Jon Sibbick, the artist who also did the original art for the release back in '89. Remastered for even heavier sonic abuse! This classic has been unavailable for two years. Bolt Thrower continue to enjoy success to this day, and have also released 'Warmaster', 'The 4th Crusade', '...For Victory' and the rarities collection 'Who Dares Wins' on Earache.

Nebula - To The Center - CD-Digi

Nebula's first non-EP, full-length release, To the Center is another retro-psychedelic heavy rock platter, long on stripped-down riff muscle and surprisingly technically adept guitar jams. The results sometimes meander, which probably isn't of much consequence if this brand of metal is your bag, since this is what you'd expect in this perception-expanding context. What matters more than tightly structured songs are riffs and atmosphere, and both of those are present in abundance.

Dying Fetus - Stop At Nothing LP

Retaining the vicious, dual-vocal attack and slamming grooves that have become their trademark, Dying Fetus' Stop at Nothing is a savage return-to-form by one of the most influential bands in death metal. Intensity unparalleled, and musical power unrivaled, Dying Fetus are the leaders of the new generation in extreme music.
