Dead Witches ‎– The Final Exorcism - CD Digi

Dead Witches roar back from the studio on two wheels, Chuckalumba, where the fabled sessions for Dopethrone and Let Us Prey by Electric Wizard were recorded and Dead Witches debut Ouija. Sessions began on the full moon 25th August in the heart of the New Forest deep in Dorset, the hallowed home of 90's doom legends and Electric Wizard folklore, marking Mark’s fourth time in both bands at Chuckalumba. A banshee wail of woeful siren song weaving a sinister world of horror doom, through waves of burgeoning fuzz and hell sent thunder on the drum kit. Realising the magnitude of what they had committed to tape, Dead Witches began to seek Doug Shearer, wizard of mastering and the final member in the coven. His previous also including Dopethrone and Let Us Prey.

Dzjenghis Khan ‎– Dzjenghis Khan - CD-Digi

One of the most important Psych - Acid Rock albums of the new millenium. The Dzjenghis Khan self-titled debut album was released in 2007 by the Dutch indipendent label Motorwolf. The San Francisco based band Dzjenghis Khan featured bassist Carson Binks (also in Wild Eyes and Saviours), drummer Tommy Tomson and guitarist Lane Rider. This record reflects the musical scene of that era and it's still a raw acid rock pearl! Heavy Psych Sounds Records is so proud to bring back to the current audience a piece of real Acid Rock. Dzjenghis Khan was one of the first bands to bring back the “psych sound”, in a time where there was not real audience, we can say they've been pioneers after the pioneers!

Soom – Джєбарс - CD Digi

‘Djebars’ is the 2nd fullength album by Ukrainian trio SOOM. Heavy weirdness, hypnotic rhythms, otherworldly chanting and ‘recorded in a cavern’ sound with an ancient mysticism grounded in Ukrainian folk, are ready to go further and project the spirit of their native city through unearthly soundscapes of their sophomore album.

Preserving the traditions of the first album, Soom creates a conceptual story, more uncanny in “spoken words”, more chaotic and deeper in music, combining doom metal with dark side of rave and Slobozhansky folk. The result of this mixture is unpredictable, so make sure you are ready for immersion.

Ruby The Hatchet ‎– Valley Of The Snake - Red LP

Philadelphia psychedelic doombringers RUBY THE HATCHET are one of heavy music's finest on-the-rise bands.
Evoking a decade's worth of maturity gained in just a few short years, the genesis from the band's 2011 self-titled EP to present day has been nothing short of stunning.
The group's music fuses the sinister tactic of brainwash with blistering riffs and the rebellious mood of sorcery, re-imagining a different path for metal.

Valley of the Snake is a six song journey; a fantastical trek with huge, blistering tracks that journey over peaks and valleys and ditches and oceans before leaving you spinning.
Seething and spitting, RUBY THE HATCHET hammers behemoth waves of dogma and doom, merging precision and patience with a sinister foot-stomping, head-bobbing power.

Red Haze LP

Ecstatic Vision ‎– Under The Influence - CD-Digi

ECSTATIC VISION unleash UNDER THE INFLUENCE, a collection or six RAW, FUZZY, PSYCHEDELIC slabs of COSMIC ROCK. UNDER THE INFLUENCE sees the band covering tracks by some of their biggest influences; The primitive stoner doom sounds that came out of ZAMBIA in the early/mid 70s that is known as ZAM ROCK, the godfather's of space rock HAWKWIND, and the early kings of Detroit rock n' Roll THE MC5, all delivered with ECSTATIC VISION's signature bone crushing, blown-out in-all-the-right-ways recording style.

Swallow The Sun ‎– New Moon - 2LP

With the previous vinyl edition of New Moon being sold out for years, it is high time for another, improved version. This version comes in a gatefold jacket and, unlike the earlier edition, it is expanded to three sides of vinyl, giving the music more dynamics and room to breathe.

Clouds ‎– Durere - LP

Six years have passed since the release of "Doliu" (2014) and the formerly known as "supergroup funeral doom metal band” returns with their most solid line-up to date, for the first time without guest vocalists, and a fourth full length album marked by personal tragedies.
With "Durere", the band take the music to a whole more personal level. The album is an ode to the loss of parents, a tragic journey of grief towards closure. In the Romanian language, Durere means pain and can be translated to both the physical and emotional aspects of it, so the music on this record is nothing short of its title.

Mournful melodies and heartbreaking vocals through an introspective walk down the path of loss and desolation of the soul.

Human Cull ‎– Revenant - CD

On 'Revenant' HUMAN CULL push their already frantic crust-tinged blast-heavy grind of the last release into overdrive, featuring a huge production from Will Blackmon (Gadget, The Arson Project) and furious instrumental performances running in the style of 'FETO' era Napalm Death or 'Human 2.0' Nasum.

The band display clear death metal and crust influences here, and this is certainly the closest to death metal their sound has come. Strong tones from the likes of Unleashed, the ever present Swedeath classics like Entombed and Obituary are found rubbing shoulders with the angular notes of Discordance Axis and Doom, flowing together in one gribbly monstrosity of a release.

This album is the most polished example of contemporary grind from these veterans of the UK scene.

Krisiun ‎– Scourge Of The Enthroned - CD

The glorious return of the most savage and devastating death metal trio known to Mankind: Brazilian beasts KRISIUN! “Scourge Of The Enthroned” is the 11th studio album by these three brothers and offers an intense and authentic 38 minutes Southern death metal storm! Recorded with Andy Classen at Stage One Studio in Germany (Belphegor, Legion Of The Damned), “Scourge Of The Enthroned” is the antithesis to sterile, over-produced modern death metal and impresses with a transparent yet incredible organic and natural sound.

A real highlight of the death metal year 2018!

Agathocles ‎– Humarrogance - CD

“Humarrogance” is the 5th full studio album of AGATHOCLES and was recorded in Autumn 1997 at the Soundshape Studios in Belgium where the band also recorded albums such as “Razor Sharp Daggers”, “Black Clouds Determinate” and many more.

The album was originally released in 1997 by MORBID RECORDS and has been out of print since 1998. More than 20 years later comes this re-issue on SELFMADEGOD RECORDS with brand new artwork and besides the 20 original songs of the album an extra song which was recorded at the same session back in 1997.

This AGATHOCLES release is a massive bulldozer guitar driven assault with haunting deep vocals and twisted riffs combined with Burt’s tight pounding drumming style. Take care of your speakers when you play this album!

Evoked ‎– Ravenous Compulsion - CD

Topped off by a gloriously gory artwork, the album alternates between quasi-Swedish buzz (‘Into Obliteration’) and blissfully hideous doom in the vein of Autopsy, at times even blackly blasting as in ‘Festering Alive’, constantly swinging and swashbuckling in equal measure.
Fast barnstormers like the opening ‘Resurrect the Source’, the impossibly catchy ‘The Trophy’ or the thrash tango that is ‘Desolate Animation’ brim with both youthful exuberance and the deliberate songcraft you’d expect from seasoned masters … which Evoked, too, are destined to become.
