ROTTING CHRIST have stood the test of time. 'Rituals' is an album that has obviously been written by veterans.
The Greek legends inject a 27-year career, 12 albums, and more than 1.200 shows into their songwriting. With confidence and skills derived from experience, each song represents its own sonic universe. Goosebumps moments such as these are liberally sprinkled throughout the record, which manages the feat to sound rock solid and made out of one heavy piece as well as diverse and far ranging at the same time.

The Dead Ends bring a fresh and punchy sound with the release of their second album, "Distant Shores".
The forthcoming album is a follow-up to their debut 2017 LP "Deeper the dark, the Brighter we shine" and is set for release in March 2019 on vinyl, CD and digital, via Sound-Effect Records.

Distant Shores was recorded in a DIY studio in Kavala, Greece; no fancy gear and all, but loads of experimentation.
The record is comprised of 10 tracks that vary in style, though, within The Dead Ends unique style, they create a vibrant soundscape for any psychedelic music lover.

Methadone Skies new album - Different Layers Of Fear - is perhaps their most engaging and heaviest album to date. The band play a darker, bolder and progressive style of Instrumental Stoner Rock/Metal compared to their previous albums. The rays of The Sonic Dawn are like a reminder that reality is only temporary. Flickering between light and darkness, their sound burns with an intensity that places the Danish trio among the top psychedelic acts of their time. 

Eclipse, their third full-length, is the product of a full year’s labor, with all 13 tracks carefully selected among over 40 candidates. Inspired by personal tragedies and the current meltdown of the world as we know it, the songs deal with a feeling of despair that many will recognize, but also seem to say that we can heal and come out stronger, if we dare take the leap. The result is a cinematic journey in sonic technicolor. Here, even the catchiest melody casts a mysterious shadow.

PHIL ANSELMO is an iconic artist – maybe a little bruised, scarred, singed, and solo somewhat battered by time, himself, and others.
But the Texan remains proudly standing, unbent, and still angry. Loved and hated, attacked and praised, Phil is not ready to go down into the archives of musical history without a fight.
After the crushing 'Walk Through Exits Only' (2013), the second full-length album recorded with his band The Illegals takes the mega-heavy, angry monster born out of mating the visceral aggression and power of PANTERA with the devastating thrash and Southern sludge that Phil and the New Orleans scene pioneered. 'Choosing Mental Illness As A Virtue' stands as a new benchmark for extreme heaviness.
