"Back in December of 2010, I went into a house in Joshua Tree California to record another solo record. About 4 days into the sessions, I decided to abandon the 8 songs I was working on, told my long time friend and engineer, Tony Mason, to start rolling tape and I proceeded to play drums in my natural improv style. After multiple drum track performances were captured, I then started layering guitars, bass and percussion in the same improvisational spirit. I essentially decided to "jam" by myself for the rest of my scheduled sessions. I decided to call the collective tracks, Jacoozzi. At the time, it reminded me of the feeling of my first solo recording sessions for my first solo release, Jalamanta.... only more "free". "

After 3 years of abstinence and a change on the guitar, WEAK ASIDE is back with album number 3 which is entitled 'Forward Into Darkness'.
The album name says it all, the German Death Metal flagship presents 10 crushing and explosive battle hymns that leaves the listener curdling the blood.
'Forward Into Darkness' was recorded at Desert Inn Studio and mixed, mastered by Jörg Uken at Soundlodge Studio. Necromaniac Artworks is responsible for the great artwork.

Heavy Psych Sounds Records is reissuing first three albums of the Swedish legendary band Dozer: In The Tail Of A Comet, Madre De Dios and Call It Conspiracy.
Three masterpieces of the European stoner scene. These three records elevated the scene to a higher level and gave Dozer the scepter of the Scandinavian stoner movement.

In the post-Kyuss era, Dozer, along with bands like Los Natas and Acid King, brought a flurry of pure, desert-style monolithic riffs and tons of fuzz guitars.

The band had a very big influence on the European stoner bands and we can definitely say Dozer are one of the European stoner godfathers.

The reissues will be released in a bunch of very special coloured vinyl editions, a unique opportunity to have these records on vinyl.
