Behemoth - Satanica

Satanica was Behemoth’s fourth album. Originally released in 1999, and recorded at Starcraft Stimulation Studios, the album was produced & mixed by Nergal, and contains 8 songs of pummelling, blackened, Death Metal where technical riffs and whirlwind drums back up mainman Nergal’s unearthly vocals to produce what was deemed the band's most intense & brutal release to date.

This edition of ’Satanica’ is presented on 180gm heavyweight vinyl.

Darkthrone ‎– The Cult Is Alive - LP

After their early foray into the world consciousness with SOULSIDE JOURNEY they delivered the unholy trinity of A BLAZE IN THE NORTHERN SKY, UNDER A FUNERAL MOON and TRANSILVANIAN HUNGER.
Censorship and heavy handed political correctness forced the band from Peaceville and they made a succession of albums for the fledgling Moonfog label.
Something was always missing from this equation though, and soon the band members yearned to go home and made it clear.
However, time heals all wounds, and as soon as the band became free they planned their return to the forefront of the Metal existence with Peaceville.
THE CULT IS ALIVE is the fetid, rotting, rocking first fruits of Darkthrone's second coming at Peaceville.

Dying Fetus - Stop At Nothing LP

Retaining the vicious, dual-vocal attack and slamming grooves that have become their trademark, Dying Fetus' Stop at Nothing is a savage return-to-form by one of the most influential bands in death metal. Intensity unparalleled, and musical power unrivaled, Dying Fetus are the leaders of the new generation in extreme music.

Kuolemanlaakso - Tulijoutsen - LP

The highly acclaimed Finnish death doomsters return with their most ambitious work to date. Produced once again by the Triptykon and Dark Fortress guitarist V. Santura, Kuolemanlaakso's sophomore album 'Tulijoutsen' explores unconquered grounds of heaviness, and pushes the band into a new level of melancholy. The 50-minute magnum opus was inspired by the grandeur of the Finnish forests, serene eeriness of the lakes and early 1900s poetry and folklore. Musically the band has taken giant leaps in new territories, but not forgetting the crushing heaviness and the love for the avant-garde, which define the Kuolemanlaakso sound.

Autopsy ‎– Severed Survival - LP

Severed Survival is (rightly) hailed as one of death metal's finest releases.
A completely rotten & uncompromising sound - Dirty, sludgy, death & doom metal mixed in with repulsive tales of death and disease - it was originally released in April 1989.
This vinyl edition of the album is not numbered and comes on standard black vinyl in a single sleeve.

An absolute must for all old school death metallers.

The Atrocity Exhibit ‎– Extinction Solution - LP Pink

Ltd. Pink LP

The masters of grind n' roll return with a new masterpiece, bristling with blasts, riffs and incomprehensible screaming. 'Extinction Solution' is a masterclass in hook-laden, 'fun' grind, but do not mistake the term here to mean 'not filled with blast beats and ear shattering vocals'.

Clocking in at around 22 minutes long the Northampton three piece waste no time with overlong intro/outro sections or frilly atmosphere, THE ATROCITY EXHIBIT go straight for the jugular, with old school Napalm Death-esque slippery guitar riffs snuggled up neatly against rock and roll rhythms that would give Lemmy cause to grin ear to ear.

This is a properly excellent extreme music release that will please all smelly crust and grind fans, a strong competitor for grind album of the year!!

Rwake - Rest CD

Arkansas' backwoods doomsayers RWAKE awaken from their slumber and unleash their long-awaited new album Rest. Their first new material in over 4 years, Rest is less a set of songs than a perpetually evolving, deeply emotional set of missives heralding the end of times. Rest is nothing short of epic, and not only one of 2011?s finest albums but one of the finest progressive/doom/sludge metal records ever.

Farflung - Live At 013 - Roadburn 2009 - CD Digi

73 plus minutes of brain-melting space rock on one CD recorded at the 2009 Roadburn Festival.

Comes with a 4" Farflung sticker!

Tracks: Breach of Eye, the Way the Sky Is, Endless Drifting Wreck, Like it has Never Been, the Day of Saint Anthony's Fire, Unborn Planet, Those Clouds are Solid, Stella Volo, Silver Shrooms, See You Up There, Landing on Cydonia, R-Complex.

Nebula - Dos E.P.'s - CD-Digi

Nebula is one of those bands that would have fit perfectly on a concert bill with Black Sabbath, Hawkwind, or the Stooges circa 1973. The power trio of Eddie Glass (vocals, guitars), Ruben Romano (drums), and Mark Abshire (bass) has quietly fused a somewhat modernized but highly distinctive '70s hard rock sound all its own. Releasing Dos Eps is a smart move, combining the very limited Sun Creature EP and the Meteor City split with three additional songs that groove on raunchy guitar hooks, opaque slacker vocals, and bleed-heavy drumming.

Lonely Kamel ‎– Shit City - CD

This camel is certainly not a lone voice in the wilderness. Especially since LONELY KAMEL indeed sound like a desert, but in truth come from Norway. And obviously traditional Hard Rock can be produced quite exquisitely between fjords and endless forests, which sound nice, meaty and dry. On their fourth album the Norwegians act in the tension between Hard Rock from the seventies, Stoner Rock, Blues, Psychedelic and a dash of Doom.
Nine tracks with everything the genre has to offer: from the rough, punky title track, which has a certain punk attitude over extended jams to compact four-minute earwigs. And thus is clear: LONELY KAMEL clearly belong to the spearhead of the European Rocker scene.
